Privacy policy

The controller is Matej Pavlovič (“I”), contact matej@samosato.ai. This site collects personal data in three cases only, always with your consent.

Contact form

Your name, email, company and message are used solely to reply to you. Data is stored in Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) and I receive a notification by email via Brevo. Retained for at most 24 months after the last communication.

Newsletter

Your email is used only to send the newsletter, after double opt-in confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. Sending is handled by Brevo.

Booking a consultation

Booking runs through Cal.com, which creates an event in my calendar and sends you an invitation. Cal.com’s terms apply.

Analytics and cookies

The site uses Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track people across sites. No marketing cookies are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data and to object to processing. Just email matej@samosato.ai.
